I’ve been working with computers since I was three years old. Today I bring decades of broad and thorough technological expertise to my clients and my work.
I have extensive experience through my career as a software engineer, and my insatiable curiosity means that I am always learning new technologies and improving workflows not only as part of, but in addition to my work.
Among many others, I have real-world experience in all of the following areas:
Installing, upgrading, and optimizing home and business WiFi
Maintaining, updating, and rebuilding websites, including full-stack development, deployment, and monitoring
Security advice, configurations, and best practices
Provisioning and utilizing cloud services (backup, management, monitoring, and sector-specific services)
Supporting and monitoring organizational resources on multiple platforms including OS X and Windows
Company Philosophy
I believe that when an IT job is done right, you don’t need to see me on the regular. I don’t seek out monthly maintenance fees because if you get something fixed or set up, it should Just Work.
I don’t mark up equipment for my clients, nor do I have any vested interest in particular vendors. I select the technologies and hardware that I believe will best serve your individual needs; no kickbacks, no hidden agendas.
My Interests
I am not just passionate about technology and computing. I also love to invent, experiment, tinker, and learn a plethora of disciplines. I have educated myself and enjoy dabbling in electrical and mechanical engineering, CAD and 3D printing, and entrepreneurship, among other things.
I have an insatiable curiosity which makes me all the more effective and capable for my clients.
